NEWPORT, R.I. – The Connecticut College coed sailing team advanced to the championship race at the ICSA National Championships by finishing sixth among 18 schools in the western semifinal round of the four-day event.
HADLEY, Mass. – A total of 54 Connecticut College student-athletes were named to the 2019 NESCAC Spring All-Academic Team, as announced by the league office on Friday afternoon. The teams include the sports of baseball, softball, lacrosse, golf, outdoor track & field, rowing, tennis, sailing, and women’s water polo.
NEW LONDON, Conn. – With the opportunity to qualify for the ICSA National Championships at stake, the Connecticut College coed sailing team finished eighth among 12 schools at the New England Team Race which was held on the Thames River over the weekend.
HANOVER, N.H. – Connecticut College juniors Carter Pemberton (Osterville, Mass.) and Cecilia Moreira (Winthrop, Mass.) have been named New England Interscholastic Sailing Association (NEISA) Coed Sailors of the Week, as announced by the regional organization on Wednesday. They are being recognized for the first time this season.
