HADLEY, Mass. – A total of 65 Connecticut College student-athletes were named to the 2020 NESCAC Winter All-Academic Team, as announced by the league office on Wednesday morning. The teams include the sports of basketball, ice hockey, squash, swimming, and indoor track & field.
SOUTH HADLEY, Mass. – Erin Dillon (Hazlet, N.J.) has been named to the All-NESCAC Second Team in women’s ice hockey, as announced by the league office on Tuesday morning. The junior forward is being recognized for the first time of her career.
AMHERST, Mass. – The Connecticut College women’s ice hockey team was dealt a heartbreaking 1-0 loss in overtime by Amherst in the quarterfinal round of the NESCAC Tournament to conclude its 2019-20 campaign on Saturday afternoon at Orr Rink.
CLINTON, N.Y. – Freshman Camille Phelan (Medfield, Mass.) and senior Ashley Carbone (Old Saybrook, Conn.) each lit the lamp with less than two minutes remaining in regulation to help the Connecticut College women’s ice hockey team salvage a 2-2 tie with Hamilton on Sunday afternoon.
